TikTok Live Steam Operations Associate

Role Description:

This full-time and/or part-time, on-site role as a TikTok Live Steam Operations Associate is

located in Williamsburg, VA. The duties associated with this role include managing and

executing live streaming operations on Tiktok, assisting hosts with interacting with users in

real-time and analyzing user insights to optimize the performance of livestreams. Stay current

with live streaming trends and audience preferences to inform strategic adjustments and

maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

• Experience with live streaming operations on social media platforms is a plus
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize live stream performance
• Your extroverted personality makes you a natural at engaging with both talent and audiences
• Preferred that candidates be in Marketing, Communications, or a related major
• Experience with content creation and a background in social media marketing is a plus
• Experience in the apparel industry is preferred
• College degree or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
