About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Events Host to represent our brand on TikTok, hosting Live Events to showcase our products, engage with our audience, and drive sales and traffic to our TikTok shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-camera presence, be well-versed in social media trends, and possess excellent selling skills.

Responsibilities:

Live Event Hosting:

• Host Live Events on TikTok, engaging viewers through interactive and entertaining presentations.
• Demonstrate products, highlighting features and benefits in a compelling manner.
• Respond to viewer comments and questions in real-time, fostering a lively and inclusive community atmosphere.

Sales and Promotion:

• Drive sales through persuasive and informative product presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and exclusive offers for TikTok audiences.
• Guide viewers to our TikTok shop, simplifying the purchasing process.

Content Creation:

• Develop creative content ideas for Live Events, including themes, scripts, and product selections.
• Coordinate with the social media team to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Analyze trends on TikTok to stay ahead of the curve and incorporate popular formats and challenges.

Audience Engagement:

• Build and maintain a strong rapport with our TikTok community.
• Collect and address feedback from viewers to improve future events.
• Participate in post-event analysis to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align live event goals with overall business objectives.
• Track and report key performance metrics, such as viewer engagement, sales conversion rates, and audience growth.
• Stay informed on TikTok updates and e-commerce trends, recommending adjustments to strategies as needed.

Photography:

• Use professional-grade cameras and lighting equipment to capture high-quality images of apparel. Focus on composition, angles, and lighting to showcase the textures, colors, and design elements of each garment accurately.

Requirements

• Must have a blend of hosting, content creation creativity and strong audience engagement experience on social media.
• Must be updated on TikTok trends and e-commerce landscape.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person, over the telephone, and/or via video conference.

Emotional Demands:

• Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
• Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
• Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
• Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
• Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
