SalaryCitySwoon, a national singles events provider is looking for a part-time/ casual events host, for approximately 1-3 hosting shifts per month whilst we expand our operations in L.A.
Each shift is about 2.5 hours in length, varying between 7pm - 9:30pm, on various nights of the week Monday - Saturday.
This is a fun opportunity to earn a bit of extra income whilst working in a relaxed and professional environment.
Duties include meet & greet, facilitation of matched speed dating, singles mixers and parties and will be within the Greater Los Angeles area, including DTLA, Santa Monica and Marina del Rey.
Successful candidate will be/possess:
- Friendly, professional, organised and have excellent timekeeping.
- Flexibility, which is a must, as is the ability to use initiative.
- Customer facing skills must be first class.
- No experience required although previous events / hosting experience will be highly advantageous. Full training will be given.
Committed employees only need apply, as we are looking for someone to commit for the long term. Hourly rate displayed is for successful candidates on a Part time employment contract or contractors, following 2 successful (paid) trial/training shifts.
