Tiki Bar Bartender

Brothers' Field is Lake County's newest and hottest outdoor Tiki Bar and Event Venue. We do everything from our weekend Tiki Bar to our big fests on our property here in Downtown Long Grove.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Understanding of food service industry standards and practices
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft cocktails is desirable
