Bartender/Server

### Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. Friday and Saturday nights are mandatory bartending shifts, but the rest of the week is more open for different serving shifts. While bartending, you will not be serving tables, but only the people who sit at the bar. Pay for bartending is $13 an hour while serving shifts are $5.25 an hour since you will be taking care of tables. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. ### Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders in a prompt and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

### Experience:
- Previous experience in a bartending or serving role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
