We're looking for a genuinely enthusiastic Senior Technical Support professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and feel comfortable troubleshooting technical issues over the phone. We are interested in hiring a Senior Technical Support Representative who values teamwork, is naturally curious and detail-oriented, and is responsive to customer needs and concerns
Responsibilities:
- Provide level II/III Technical Support for hardware/software related issues to our clients
- Installs, administers and troubleshoots software applications.
- Capable or troubleshooting network VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Has exposure to Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Working knowledge of Office365 administration
- Familar with troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, AD, and Group Policy Issues
- Able to provide outstanding customer service to our clients
