BigBear.ai is seeking aHelp Desk Associate to provide IT support on a Human Capital Management project for a government customer in Maryland.
Work will be performed full time on site and requires customer specific polygraph.
What you will do
- Respond to tickets and support subscription services
- Provide Tier 1 Support on Windows devices in a classified environment
What you need to have
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS with Polygraph
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable work experience
- Strong working knowledge or familiarity of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite
