Tier 1 Help Desk

Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking aHelp Desk Associate to provide IT support on a Human Capital Management project for a government customer in Maryland.
Work will be performed full time on site and requires customer specific polygraph.
What you will do

• Respond to tickets and support subscription services
• Provide Tier 1 Support on Windows devices in a classified environment

What you need to have

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS with Polygraph
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable work experience
• Strong working knowledge or familiarity of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite

• Previous and/or current Human Resources experience
• CompTIA Security + CE (IAT 2) or greater
