InteliChart is seeking aTier 1 Customer Support Specialist to join our team! Do you have experience resolving a significant percent of client software issues without escalation to other teams, while working typically in an environment measured by response time and customer satisfaction? Have you previously serviced clients using your company's software applications built upon on the C# .NET, MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Vue & SQL Server frameworks? What will you be doing in this role?
- Schedule: M-F from 11:30 AM EST to 8:30 PM EST (may work some weekends as needed with prior notice)
- The ideal candidate will provide assistance, advice, problem solving, and technical information to customers regarding the use of InteliChart software applications.
- Organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timeliness, and/or deadlines.
- Quickly identify problem areas or situations, evaluate problem causes and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate problems identified.
- Become an application super user for all InteliChart applications/products
- Learn the customer's operations and systems and prioritize customer requests according to established guidelines.
- Continually learn and utilize highly specialized software applications.
- Prepare and provide routine reports.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
What experience do you need for this position?
- Experience with healthcare software and/or healthcare industry is required.
- Previous experience in Customer Support.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Project a high level of energy and enthusiasm to clients.
- First-rate phone and email etiquette, spelling, and grammar.
- Overall understanding of network infrastructures.
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with data management.
- Participate in the development of knowledge base materials and provide as appropriate to Clients.
- Fluent with MS Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Documenting, maintaining configuration, and process information.
Good to have:
- SQL and data analysis skills (including investigative troubleshooting skills).
- Experience supporting consumer facing products and web-applications.
- Experience working in healthcare related product support.
- Previous experience working in a HIPAA or other regulated product domain.
