Summary
The payroll system analyst will be the subject matter expert of the payroll timekeeping system for all hourly employees. This role will be responsible for making configuration changes and updates to the timekeeping system. The payroll system analyst will consult with HR and Finance leaders to determine appropriate use of pay rules and rates. This role will also research and reconcile complex business and/or system problems.

- Maintain system table rule and configure any new rules or genies needed in timekeeping system
- Execute sign off and payroll export interface biweekly within the timekeeping system
- Manage and reconcile export file processing to General Ledger
- Monitor off-cycle processing and errors concentrating on exception remediation and reduction
- Run pre-payroll reporting out of timekeeping system to monitor hours over threshold
- Monitor manager approvals of time and provide reporting to leadership for compliance
- Consult with vendor on complex rules and other time and attendance projects
- Stay informed on new functionality in time and attendance system
- Participates in user acceptance testing of payroll systems upgrades and changes to interfaces
- Responsible for updating PTO dates in the timekeeping system, and preparing journal entry for accruals
- Manage ServiceNow tickets related to employee inquiries and issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Accounting, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in UKG Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Expected pay for this role is between $57,500.00 to $95,900.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
