**Job Title:Therapist for Mental Health Services (Commission-Based)**
**Overview: **
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team in providing Mental Health Services to individuals in need. As a therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and offering support and guidance to promote mental well-being. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing the opportunity for financial growth based on client caseload and session hours.
**Responsibilities: **
1. Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of Mental Health concerns.
2. Perform initial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs.
3. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
4. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in coping with challenges and improving their Mental Health.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
7. Stay informed about current developments in the field of Mental Health therapy and incorporate best practices into clinical work.
8. Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines regarding client confidentiality and professional conduct.
9. Participate in regular supervision and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and rapport throughout the therapeutic process.
**Qualifications: **
1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of practice.
3. Experience providing therapy in a Mental Health setting, preferably with diverse populations and presenting issues.
4. Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.
**Compensation: **
This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with earnings based on the number of billable client sessions conducted. Commission percentages will be determined based on experience, credentials, and performance. Additionally, opportunities for bonuses and incentives may be available based on productivity and client outcomes.
