The Therapist 1 Site Lead position is in the Community Justice service area and provides sex offender assessment, group and individual treatment to adults in collaboration with other team members and coordinates the provision of treatment services in community-based treatment settings. This position is exempt and works under the supervision of Program Management. Ongoing training in current best practices for this field is provided.
Working within Adult Services, the Therapist 1 Site Lead works with CTPSB program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients in the community.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work fields
- 2 years of related clinical experience
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license
- Bi-lingual preferred
