School Dining Site Lead

We are on the lookout for our next Site Lead to join our School Dining team!
As a School DiningSite Lead, with instruction and guidance from the Food Service Director, you will lead the food service effort at one of the SAU locations. You start your day prepping for that day's food service, this could involve making salads, pizzas, baking, helping prepare an entrée, getting items ready for the deli station. During meal service you will work at an assigned station, serving those who come through the line or working at one of our Point of Sales stations. After service you will work as part of the team to clean up and prep for the following day. This is a busy role and the days certainly go by fast!

Must Haves:

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Reliable & Prompt

• Eager to learn through training
• Cool in fast paced kitchen setting
• Must have or be able to obtain current certifications and licenses required by local, state, and/or Federal guidelines for food production management.
• Experience from restaurant, food service or hospitality industry is a plus but not necessary. WE OFFER HANDS ON TRAINING!
