- Coordinate funder reimbursable program, client-based recovery support, and treatment service expenditures, including researching potential funding sources to ensure the Therapeutic Court Program is the payor of last resort.
- Timely provision of necessary information and documentation for billing of grant, government contracted and privately funded clinical services.
- Track and record program statistical data, complete routine chart audits etc.
- Attend court sessions, take notes, and provide administrative support during hearings.
- Assist court liaison with administrative tasks related to program, which may include gathering pertinent documents and intake paperwork, scanning/faxing of client records to community partners, assisting with applications for services.
- Identify local resources for participants.
- Participates in meetings and case conferences with treatment professionals, community service providers and court personnel to discuss participant progress and develop and update the goal plan as needed. Maintain accurate records of participant progress, court proceedings, and treatment plans.
- Provide assistance during a participant crises or emergency.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with a diverse clientele and staff. Preferred experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and mental health challenges.
- Experience with financial and budgetary processes, tracking of expenditures, data management.
- Experience with the handling of confidential issues and documents. Preferred experience and understanding of HIPAA and safekeeping of client protected health information.
- Must be able to pass Background and OIG check. Convictions will not automatically disqualify you from employment with Bridgeways. We will consider the particular circumstances of each case and any additional information that can be provided.
- Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration, or the ability to obtain registration within 90 days of hire.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Washington State Drivers License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of available community resources and ability to research and find additional support and funding opportunities.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and activities including working in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in the use of electronic systems and tools to maintain organization including office software and medical records systems.
- Identify and document community assets, including organizations, facilities, and individuals, that can contribute to the well-being of the community.

Bridgeways is run as a social enterprise, offering manufacturing services to companies of all sizes with projects ranging from sourcing, production, assembly, bonding, and wiring. Bridgeways also offers clinical services to adults living with mental health concerns. Services include Supported Housing, Supported Employment, Therapeutic Courts Programs for mental health and substance use disorders. Bridgeways also has a PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program that engages in community outreach.
