As a Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in leading by example, incorporating our Sanctuary Values, and fostering a collaborative culture within Trinity Health and Trinity Senior Living Communities (TSLC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated care staff, ensuring a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold a shared and collaborative culture across all TSLC divisions.
- Maintain departmental procedures that promote operational efficiency in the Nursing Department.
- Supervise care staff, address concerns through courageous conversation, and report any performance issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct resident assessments, initiate services, and make appropriate referrals for other disciplines.
- Implement preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative procedures to enhance resident well-being.
- Assist in leading scheduling, pay roll and other administrative duties
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care management in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN/LPN program.
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
- CPR Certification.
- Superior customer service skills, professionalism, and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Adaptability to frequently changing work parameters.
- Physical agility and ability to maneuver while in place.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers.
- Ability to handle the mental and emotional stress of the position.
