UCTis seeking an experienced and talentedTest Technician IIto join our team in Chandler, AZ! The Test Technician II will be Responsible for functional test of custom electro-mechanical equipment. ***Temp to Permanent Opportunity***
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform the assembly, set-up, testing and troubleshooting of electronic, electro-mechanical and automation systems and machines to meet production schedule

• Functionally tests and troubleshoots semi-conductor manufacturing equipment to component level.
• Provide input and recommendations to Management and other team members on improvement opportunities based on data and observations
• Utilizes both manual and automated tests to perform system level testing to ensure product quality and reliability in accordance with company specifications
• Works cooperatively on project work team; documents and communicates actions, irregularities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communications skills and computer literacy is essential
• Must have a sense of urgency and the ability to stay on schedule
• Must have the ability to work well with coworkers
• Ability to work 2nd Shift or Weekend shift
• Punctual, dependable, and the ability to work extended shifts and/or weekend shifts with short notice
• Extensive knowledge of trouble shooting skills, quality, and process orientation
• Good understanding of test fixtures and equipment

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelors in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Automation or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

• 2-4 years' experience in a Manufacturing Test Environment with general knowledge of Vacuum & Pneumatic technologies.
