Join Our Team as a Test & Exercise Team Lead with Case Management Consulting!
Are you an experienced Test & Exercise Team Lead seeking an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cutting-edge projects? In this role, you will provide mission support for exercises, facilities, development, training, continuity planning, readiness reporting, and crisis management in support of national security and continuity operations.

Duties:
- Draft and assist with coordination of DoD executive correspondence, briefings, issuances, and operational reports.
- Conduct Continuity exercise planning, development, and execution, draft after-action reports.
- Support knowledge management functions on SharePoint sites, shared drives, and e-mail archives. Identify, recommend, and support knowledge management processes within Department Defense Component. Reconcile plans, policy, and procedure documents maintained by Department Defense Component.
- Conduct interagency and intradepartmental coordination with stakeholder organizations to support of office mission areas.
- Assist the government in developing and implementing continuity-training products tailored to develop subject matter experts in continuity principles.
- Coordinate and execute the scheduling and manifesting of air transportation missions and monitoring of schedules for select personnel to meet readiness requirements.
- Facilitate DoD table-top exercises at Senior Executive Service (SES) and Flag Officer level by
- developing slide decks and exercise injects and facilitating discussions. • Support facilities management and administration.
- Provide cleared and vetted watch officers/watch standers/emergency management personnel to augment 24/7 operational missions (8 to 12-hour shifts) in an operation's center environment. Weekend and holiday work may be required to support these missions.
- Provide site support as required by the government.
- Provide consultants available for immediate implementation in support of Crisis Management (CrM) operations. Duty requirements include:
- Perform the decision support and policy development functions of CrM;
- Monitor current crisis activity and maintain situational awareness;
- Prepare briefing products and situational updates;
- Maintain electronic and paper copies of all correspondence and crisis-related material;
- Update critical information requirements;
- Maintain a chronology of significant events;
- Assist in implementation of defense continuity actions, as required;
- Coordinate with other U.S. Departments and Agencies and with the Joint Staff to provide situational awareness and critical information;
- Assist in the development of recommendations and options for DoD policy;
- Monitor the policy and communication environment and facilitate the development, refinement, and coordination of strategic communication and public affairs guidance; and develop, refine, and coordinate strategic communication and public affairs.
- Provide consultants for additional full-time and or part-time employees to perform the scoped duties and activities within one month of being notified of the additional requirement and final funding approval.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Requires an active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree from a four year accredited College or University
- Advanced level of written and spoken English with ability to analyze, Develop and draft complex policy related issues for senior-level officials
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a DoD Civilian, a Contractor supporting Federal Agencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and other office automation tools
- Background in Continuity of Operations at the Federal Agency level.
- Working understanding of the National Continuity Policy, the National Continuity Policy Implementation Plan (NCPIP), Federal Continuity Directives (FCDs) 1 and 2, DoD Instruction (DoDI) 3020.42 and DoD Directives 3020.6, 3020.44 or successor documents
- Five years' experience writing and developing Continuity of Operations Plans
- Relevant certifications, FEMA Level 1 or 2 Professional Continuity Practitioner, Associate or Certified Business Continuity Professional, Certified Emergency Manager or completion of the FEMA National Emergency Management Basic Academy preferred
