Cimarron is seeking an Avionics Test Engineer to support the Axiom Space Commerical Space Station program in Houston, TX. This is a remote work opportunity (i.e. work from home).
Key Duties: Help to develop and perform test plans and tests, including RF, EMI, Radiation, etc. Streamline EEE parts approval and ordering. Research and evaluate special test equipment.
Work closely with avionics design and development teams to provide feedback based on test results, contributing to the improvement of avionics systems design, reliability, and performance. Identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing. Ensure avionics testing activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility security requirements, only U.S.
citizens are eligible for consideration at this time. 20 or more years of related experience. In-depth experience creating test plans for aerospace programs.
