NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a "Test Design Specialists (Test Analyst)" to join our team in "Houston, TX, USA".
VMG Basic Qualifications
**Preferably local Candidates**
The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following requirements:-
Test Design Specialists (Test Analyst)
Test Design Specialists (Test Analysts) are specialists in the areas of testing and formal technical specifications. He generally analyses the requirements, specifications and designs for the purpose of defining efficient test cases according to methodological approaches.
The Test Design Specialist does not have a permanent role in a project team. This role is rather deployed on selective task specific assignments in the test project environment.
The Test Design Specialist Tester must have a clear understanding of the Testing Mandate and Testing Scope before proceeding with their tasks and to define and implement risk coverage optimization on testing. He analyses and measures the test coverage achieved with the methodological defined test cases.
Additionally, test data design and preparation is part of their job description.
Project artefacts
- Creation of Test Requirements and their functional structure, including risk coverage, within Tosca
- Creation of the test case design and test data design within Tricentis Tosca
- Moderates workshops with SME and Testers
Skill profile
- B.S./M.S. in CS or engineering; or equivalent
- 5+ years professional experience in a software role
- Experience as a technical software project manager/lead/architect
- Experience with business process modelling is a plus
- Experience with test data is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, consulting attitude and excellent presentation skills
- Test automation using different tools is a plus
- Tosca experience is a plus
