About the Role
The Test Center Recruitment Specialist at PSI serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Test Center partners and markets. Reporting to the Manager of Test Center Recruitment & Onboarding, the Test Center Recruitment Specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of recruitment functions and partner
onboarding. Working closely with the Manager of Test Center Recruitment & Onboarding, Test Center Recruitment Specialists and laterally across related channel functions, the Test Center Recruitment Specialist manages inbound and proactive outbound recruitment activities, site vetting and quality measures, and formal onboarding steps up until and inclusive of site activation. The position is also responsible for the tactical implementation of the strategic recruitment and onboarding plan.
Role Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of recruitment and onboarding goals, including all associated processes, asset by the Manager of Test Center Recruitment & Onboarding
- Ensure quality control over information and other deliverables produced within assigned function
- Effectively communicate priorities with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster careful stewardship of prospective sites through effective use of a CRM solution and targeted communication strategies
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from site partners to inform critical stakeholders
- Collect and analyze quantitative data on conversion rate of sites by region and/or state
- Utilizing advanced analytical skills, create reports and matrix to make data driven decisions for new site recruitment
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to meet Test Center servicing needs and
- ensure high levels of candidate satisfaction in effectively identifying, engaging, contracting and onboarding partners
- Ensure Test Centers standards are consistently being met, inclusive of specific client requirements.
- Relationship management with site contacts
- Reduce/eliminate operational issues by creating, documenting and communicating resolutions to all relevant stakeholders.
- Work in a team-based environment, promoting a service excellence culture.
- Improve response times via phone, email and chat to ensure exceptional partner experiences.
- Field, triage, diagnose and resolve basic issues; provide closed-loop follow-through and resolution of issues.
- Collect and compile recurring issues, document cases for management to prioritize as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned Knowledge,
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software desirable.
- Experience and ability in using Salesforce preferred
