- Maintains quality and quantity of test bank materials and security of exams. Proctors and oversees internal and external certification exams.
- Administers tests to students and processes related materials. Registers students and qualifies them with the proper identification. Delivers various testing programs.
- Sets up tests according to established protocol. Monitors and supervises the administration of various tests and certifies the exam results. Scans, scores, and electronically submits test scores.
- Oversees security and confidentiality of State, national, and college tests and records, scoring procedures, data collection, and reporting.
- Leads proctors involved in the testing services, computerized tests, and administration of standardized tests. Maintains filing system, and retrieves records and files, as needed.
- Responds to complex inquiries from all levels of employees or external sources regarding a variety of questions, such as clarification of College or Campus policy and procedures.
- Directs students to proper portions of testing software and addresses minor problems.
- Guides, leads, and verifies the work of people reporting indirectly to you.

- Associate degree
- Two years of related experience
- Testing and assessment techniques
- Microsoft Office Professional or similar application
- Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management

The minimum base pay range for this position starts at $18.66/Hour; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate’s education and experience.
