As we continue to expand, we are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our sales team. As Territory Sales Representative, you will drive growth through exceptional sales strategies, introduce our solution to new members and gain brand awareness. The ideal candidate is professionally presented, thrives on engaging with people and has exceptional communication skills. What You’ll Do

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting member relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

· Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess your performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.

· This role requires daily office visits, in-person meetings, cold calling and trade and industry events.

· Submit accurate and timely expense reports.

· Adhere to all One Home Solution policies and company culture.

· Additional duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

What You’ll Bring

· Minimum of three years of successful sales and outside sales experience.

· Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial but not required.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software (or similar) and sales analytics.

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
