Territory Sales Representative
Location: Sonoma County
Job Description:
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing strong communication and selling skills to promote our products/services effectively.
- Demonstrating expertise in processing and packaging equipment, particularly within the Beverage Industry.
- Identifying leads, managing prospects, and acquiring new clients through proactive outside sales efforts.
- Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Reporting regularly to management on lead activity, communication, and sales progress.
- Completing all necessary reporting for expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor information, and forecasting expectations for the assigned territory.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that address the unique needs of each client.
- Effectively using CRM systems to document customer interactions, quotes, and contracts.
- Attending networking functions, trade shows, and sales meetings to represent the company and expand our network.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of processing and packaging equipment within the Beverage Industry is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
compensation: $66,560.00 $120,000.00base plus commission
