Territory Sales Manager Job description
Responsibilities:
· Generate new business by identifying and prospecting potential customers within the greater Indianapolis territory.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable recreation equipment solutions.
· Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the features and benefits of Great Lakes Recreation commercial equipment.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing sales and achieving revenue goals.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Great Lakes Recreation as a leader in the commercial equipment industry.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Great Lakes Recreation, expand the customer base, and stay informed about market developments.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events.
