- Develop and execute a Territory Sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for the Overnight and housekeeping divisions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize profitability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the housekeeping and maintenance hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Strong technical sales acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
