Production Operator

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Production Operator, you will operate the clump litter lines and all associated equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You will maintain all aspects of the line by continuously monitoring and adjusting equipment as needed. You will also ensure the line is continuously supplied with raw materials.

• Operate clump litter lines
• Supply line and associated equipment with all raw materials
• Fill jugs, boxes, bags, pails, and palletize
• Ensure products meet applicable quality standards
• Inspect for quality during operation
• Perform all required sampling and testing
• Assure continuous and the smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity
• Make all necessary adjustments to equipment, including changeovers as necessary
•  Maintain housekeeping standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment

Other

• Forklift experience preferred
• The schedule for this position will be on a 2nd or 3rd shift. Overtime and weekend work will be required.

The approximate hourly pay for this position starts at a probationary pay rate of $21.82 an hour for Production Operator. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
