- Sales and Project Management Role for Providing Estimates in person for our amazing customers

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide estimates daily for customers using company software and pricing.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from “approval” to “completion”.
- Project Manage job site and paint crews
- Make change orders as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing and participate in weekly team meetings.
- Communicate the scheduling preferences and needs of the customer to the project manager using project notes and direct communication.
- Sell add-ons.
- Follow up on all estimates weekly.
- Help develop a network and generate leads. This will include knocking door to door, connecting with realtors, property managers and other helpful networking contacts, etc.
- Ensure assigned project(s) are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project.
- Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects in close consultation with homeowners and crews.
- Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing and facilitate weekly owner reports on all jobs managed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to the customer's needs.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated.
- Project management.

- Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone
- Experience is not necessary, however, 2 years of sales or estimating experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
