Your responsibilities:
- Remote work-from-home position that will include consistent travel throughout the territory.
- Embrace a vast product portfolio of 1,500+ SKUs to hit Sales Goals and promote our Single Source go-to-market strategy.
- Ensures customer profitability with blended margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and project-based customers.
- Cold Call new targeted customers independently researched or given by the company.
- Collaborate with designated Inside Sales Manager to cultivate territory and increase market share.
- Sell to diverse customer channels of Multi-Family, Hospitality, Fabricators, Retail Dealers, and Distributors.
- Consistently utilize company CRM to ensure daily KPIs are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the territory.
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Performs other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the designated territory.
- Experience working with distributors and project-based customers is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
