- Three years of experience in retail sales or marketing
- A University degree, preferably in business, commerce, or marketing or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to Suncor
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business/safety plans for each site, focusing on driving car wash and inside sales performance to improve the profitability and growth of the territory
- Recruit, select, coach, and develop operators to achieve high levels of performance in all aspects of their business including achievement of sales targets, customer service, merchandising and site image per Suncor standards, policies and programs
- Ensure the safety and environmental integrity of Suncor’s retail operations
- Use performance analysis tools and methodologies to ensure retail stores are being operated according to Suncor principles, policies and practices
- Collaborate with Senior Merchandise Planner to identify and leverage new business opportunities/offers within the territory
- Provide weekly/monthly stewardship reports for budget, and site performance reviews
- Perform auditing, bank reconciliation and inventory audit reconciliation
- Manage store expenses and work with facilities to reduce routine maintenance costs where possible and minimize risk to Suncor
- Handle day-to-day operational decisions with minimal supervision and provide judgement on routine decisions falling outside standard policy
- Analyze, problem solve and determine efficient and profitable store operations within practice and procedural guidelines
Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of your home office
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the high-potential for extended on-call work hours based on business and network/associate needs
- Offer flexible working arrangements as a result of the 24/7 nature of our industry
- Frequent travel is required

- $90,000 - $105,000 annual salary and an annual incentive program
