Position: Territory Manager

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing We Whiten studios. The Territory Manager will employ effective management strategies, marketing techniques, consultative sales skills, and exceptional customer service to surpass performance targets. The Territory Manager will excel in team leadership, driving increased sales across multiple locations within their assigned territory, while serving as the primary point of contact for our Whitening Specialists.

Daily Work in this Role Includes:

  • Leading the way to an amazing experience for clients by managing the daily operations of the locations, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and guiding the team to positively resolve customer challenges.
  • Helping the locations move more people forward in their We Whiten journeys by driving treatment package sales, promoting retail sales, understanding performance goals, and working with the team to achieve them.
  • Building a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.
  • Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and orders to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees.
  • Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Coach and train customer service mindset.
  • Anticipate and mitigate guest service issues and schedule issues.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at locations and deliver outstanding service.
  • Introduce clients to teeth whitening products and treatment plans.

Sales

  • Develop and foster a sales culture.
  • Set goals and drive results by motivating and inspiring the team.
  • Train and set the example with product and treatment plan sales.
  • Drive growth through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Identify and develop underperformers.

People

  • Attract and retain talent.
  • Support and develop the team.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the teeth whitening process.
  • Train and shadow Whitening Specialists to exceed company expectations.
  • Create a vibrant culture in the locations.

Business Analytics

  • Observe trends and diagnose areas for improvement.
  • Understand correlation between metrics and actions.
  • Effectively communicate action plans up and down the stream.
  • Analyze and assess business performance and areas of improvement.

Administrative

  • Complete required tasks such as inventory and payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage employee schedules and time-off requests.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and corporate regulations, and policies.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and terminate employees.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 2+ years of Sales Experience.
  • 2+ years of Management Experience within a service or retail industry.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Passion for helping others look and feel their best, with the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions and bonuses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
  • Demonstrated experience as a revenue generator - prior commissioned sales experience required.
  • Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and effectively interact with and lead staff.
  • Exhibit proficiency in establishing retail sales goals and interpreting progress and trends through the use of sales, operational, and financial reports.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Resourceful and adaptable to change and company growth.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of standing and walking within the store.
  • Potential activities include reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
  • Frequent use of computers and technology, including CRM databases, iPads, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Occasional lifting/moving of up to 25lbs.

Personality/Other:
Must be confident of skills; have the willingness to adjust to and conform to varying schedules; use the utmost discretion regarding sensitive company and employee information; have excellent communication skills; be able to coordinate resources and responsibilities and be able to get along well with others. Must be accepting of constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool. We are looking for driven, accountable, and self-sufficient leaders.
