Position Summary: As a Territory Business Manager, you'll lead and expand business in specific regions with an established customer base. Essential Functions:

  • Develop robust business relationships with targeted referral sources, including endocrinologists, family practitioners, internal medicine practitioners, geriatric medicine practitioners, CDE groups, and RD groups.
  • Implement a strategic territory plan, identifying prospective clients and understanding their needs.
  • Effectively manage and expand your territory, maximizing sales and revenue growth.
  • Utilize consultative sales and value-based selling techniques as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and patient-related organizations to achieve mutual goals.
  • Optimize time management and ROI using company programs and territory management tools.
  • Manage expenses within the projected territory budget.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of compliance and HIPAA-related patient engagement.
  • Embrace process enhancements and changes, adapting swiftly for exceptional results.
  • Be a dependable team member, providing valuable feedback to enhance processes and policies.
  • Attend all department, team, and company meetings to contribute to the organization's success.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside and outside sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales goals consistently.
  • Outside sales experience in the medical field is desirable
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Experience with Salesforce or related systems is preferred.
  • Basic level of MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to be in the field for 1-2 days, depending on territory span.

Compensation Package: The general hiring range is $52,500- $64,500 + Commissions, with actual compensation based on education, experience, and skills.
