Essential Duties:
This position will primarily manage business relationships and daily operations with TETRA's North American terminals. The main functions will include terminal reconciliations, financial forecasting, building, and maintaining consistent terminal operations providing TETRA channels to market. This position will also manage TETRA's freight system in Oracle JD Edwards. The main functions will include: managing company rates in the system, creating reports for auditing contract rates and balancing freight accrued vs freight on a balance sheet.
Sourcing, Distribution, & Inventory Management Duties
- Work with other division personnel to analyze demand patterns of the business, recommend terminal locations, and supply methods to minimize cost to market
- Work with terminals to develop and maintain operations that support TETRA's customers
- Ensure that all source points, distribution channels, and terminals are in compliance with TETRA's product specifications and quality systems
- Oversee the daily operation of procure to pay process for the North America Chemicals shipping, distribution, and inventory management operation
- Prepare and create annual budget for North American terminals by providing monthly financial forecasting
- Ensure that workflows and processes are in place to effectively meet monthly financial close requirements
- Ensure monthly third-party physicals are reported to accounting and reconciled with terminals to meet monthly financial close requirements
- Oversee daily operations of TETRA's freight system and update rates in TETRA's ERP system, Oracle JD Edwards
- Build and run reports to audit rates billed vs rates in system
- Follow safety policies and procedures in order to promote a safe work environment
- Ensure that TETRA's supply chain operations are conducted in accordance with all "TETRA's Policies & Procedures" as well as any jurisdictional or regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management or related degree
- EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience working in distribution and logistics
- TRAVEL:5%
- Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations with safety, health, and environmental regulations
