Essential Job Duties:Responsibilities include: organizing/cleaning lab space, moving and ordering supplies, submitting surplus requests, and organizing/cleaning greenhouse space. If a good fit extends for the summer, duties will transition to seeding and maintaining plants in the greenhouse space and maintaining greenhouse/lab mite colonies. Coordinating lab, greenhouse, and field research trials, data collecting, insect and mite collecting, processing arthropod samples, data entry, and routine maintenance of research equipment and laboratory.
Work Schedule:
The position will include 10-15 working hours/week, Monday through Friday until May. If a good fit, 25-40 hours/week around mid-May and the summer.
