Temporary Job Description: The Temporary Program Assistant will provide administrative support for Alumni Engagement activities, including preparation, execution, and wrap-up duties for Alumni Weekend 2024. Tasks include: assisting with mail merges (Word); formatting of digital and printed documents; executing mailings; look-ups/queries in the CATracks constituent database; creation and preparation of Excel spreadsheets; data entry; list management; and data clean-up, as well as assembling event materials, expense reports, scheduling, and calendar management.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree One year in a business administration, data management, or administrative support role Strong data management skills (collection, analysis, distribution, maintenance) and experience with modern database and information system technologies. Project management skills and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced use of Word, Outlook, and especially Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience and comfort level interacting with members of the public, such as medical school alumni and donors.
