We are looking for talented and enthusiastic MBA summer interns to support our finance team in various aspects of financial analysis, reporting, and planning. MBA summer interns will own a project in one of the following business areas:

The MBA Summer Internship program forms part of our efforts to recruit candidates into our full-time Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP). The Company's Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) is a two-year comprehensive rotational program that is designed to provide MBA Associates with experience across multiple finance disciplines through experiential learning and training. This program is a critical component of the company's focus on developing strategic finance talent and capabilities.
We seek students enrolled in top MBA programs who have:
5 years of work experience prior to MBA
Strong interest and desire to build a career in Strategic Finance
A passion for continuous learning
Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence others.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Preferred experience in SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, OneStream.
Strong interest in CPG industry and/or prestige beauty
MBA summer intern applicants should have a focus in finance, strategy and/or general management, and be on-track to complete their MBA in 2025. A minimum of 5 years of work experience is preferred. To be eligible, students must be permanently authorized to work in the US.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $48.57. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to this hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
