Form of workTemporary Mail Clerk ( 6-8 Week Assignment)
Schedule: Part-Time (20 Hours/Week); Monday - Friday
Location: White Plains, New York
The Mail Clerk will report to the Executive Administrator and provide clerical support to the team in the White Plains corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Opening and processing mail received by the White Plains corporate office
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department to ensure timely distribution
- Keeping inventory of items in office storage; preparing and shipping packages and assisting with large mailings as required
- Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
- Assisting the Executive Administrator and Assistant Office Administrator as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Mail Clerk or office support role
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Exemplary time and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and pivot to varying assignments and team priorities while managing daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Can work independently in addition to collaborating with instruction
- This is an onsite position in the White Plains Home Office

Ivy Rehab provides a salary range to comply with the New York Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $18 - $20 per hour. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and organizational need.
