GENERAL SUMMARY
Under supervision and following established policies and procedures, perform duties as listed in the Essential Functions below.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Sort and distribute daily incoming and outgoing mails for all branches in New York Region at Mail Center Room.
• Manage special deliveries for all three branches in the Flushing area.
• Deliver and pick up incoming, outgoing mails and packages for NY Corporate Building.
• Prepare, apply postage, and send outgoing mails to post office and/or deliver registered mails to US Post Office for special handling.
• Manage incoming and outgoing UPS packages for pick-up and delivery.
• Collect and prepare, for all NY nine branches', mails and documents that need to be sent to headquarter mail room center via UPS.
• Perform minor facility repairs for all the three branches in Flushing and NY Corporate Building.
• Complete the monthly facilities certification for NY Corporate Building by the 10th of each month.
• Assist vendors / inspectors to check on Flushing Branch building including representatives from FDNY, Department of Building, Utility companies, Boiler Room, and Computer Room.
• Monitor building security and grant entrance and exit from the main door after banking hours.
• Clean store front and lobby area of the NY Corporate Building during business hours.
• Assist with other projects when it is necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar capacity a plus.
• Skills/Ability: Good organizational skills with good attention to detail. Be able to lift heavy items (minimum 50 pounds) on occasion. Use available dolly or cart when necessary. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of standard office equipment and repairing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and Chinese preferred. Comfortable working a schedule that falls outside standard 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. hours.

OTHER DETAILS
$20.00 - $21.00 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
