WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
In addition to the fulfilling nature of this role, we offer competitive pay of $45,000-$50,000 per year to our Job Placement Coordinators.
All that you need is:
- 1+ year of experience in a nonprofit setting, recruiting, successful Job Placement, or workforce development
- 1+ year of experience working with populations on public assistance, with offender backgrounds, disconnected youth, and those affected by the challenges associated with poverty
- Experience providing training and facilitating workshops
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services, education, or social work is preferred but not required.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS ROLE?
As a Job Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing job opportunities that align with the career interests of our Youth Pathways participants. Working closely with our dedicated team of service coordinators and facilitators, you will connect participants with employment opportunities in their desired sectors. You will also be responsible for establishing partnerships with companies that are a perfect fit for our Youth Pathways population. Supporting them throughout the hiring process, you will provide interview preparation and coaching to help participants improve their performance and increase their chances of securing employment.
