Our client, an investment management company, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support in their Greenwich, CT office. This is a great opportunity to work with a close knit, collaborative team!
This position starts asap and will last around 4-5 months, with potential to extend.
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm
*Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Provide complex calendar management
- Assisting with special projects, coordinating travel arrangements, registering for conferences and webinars, completing expense reports, producing complex documents, and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Provide some personal assistance to the partner and his family
- Work as “gatekeeper” and point of contact between the Partner and internal or external colleagues
- Work closely with Partner to coordinate team events as well as gifts for the team and other colleagues
- Handle administrative tasks for the Direct Investment Team when requested
- Provide receptionist coverage as needed
- Assist with other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing demands and unexpected events
- Proactive self-starter who can multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
