Temporary Business Administrator Job Duties:
- Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders
- Negotiate contract changes
- Assist program managers with proposal preparation
- Update customers on quotes and information regarding job status
- Supports with AR tasks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30am-2pm or 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $28-$45
Temporary Business Administrator Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with accounting
- High level of Excel; knowledge of Pivot tables, V look up’s and beyond
- Strong communication skills; communicating across multiple departments
- Previous experience dealing with business to business customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree or above required
- Contract negotiation and prior aerospace experience a plus
