Temporary Business Administrator Job Duties:

• Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders
• Negotiate contract changes
• Assist program managers with proposal preparation
• Update customers on quotes and information regarding job status
• Supports with AR tasks

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy multi-tasking, have strong computer skills, and are detail oriented.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30am-2pm or 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $28-$45
Temporary Business Administrator Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with accounting
• High level of Excel; knowledge of Pivot tables, V look up’s and beyond
• Strong communication skills; communicating across multiple departments
• Previous experience dealing with business to business customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree or above required
• Contract negotiation and prior aerospace experience a plus
