This is a strategic technical position, responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer’s software and hardware systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing solutions.
Duties Include:

Daily network/server maintenance and troubleshooting
Network (WAN and LAN) infrastructure maintenance, monitoring and support
Implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery systems
Testing and deployment of software and hardware upgrades
Windows desktop end-user support
Server & Workstation deployment planning and implementation
Configuration & troubleshooting of associated desktop peripherals
Virus/malware detection, removal & cleanup
Great Interpersonal skills: phone etiquette, written & oral communications, active listening
Constant maintenance of records, system reports and documentation
Research & testing of potential new/updated products and services
Implementation of industry specific security measures
Continual growth of personal knowledge base in IT industry trends and standards
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Routinely document and share internal processes and procedures with teammates
Track and document time spent through various stages of ticketing processes
Serve as an escalation point for other team members as needed
Periodic travel to clients' place of business (Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required)
Ideal qualifications include:
Mastery of on-premise and Azure Active Directory
Mastery of additional commonly used Windows Server roles
Appreciable experience with SQL Server, Exchange Server & other server-based applications
Previous work experience with a Managed Services Provider
MCITP, MCSA, CSSA, CCPA and/or other pertinent technical certifications
Appreciable experience supporting multi-tenant environments
Appreciable experience in using and maintaining system automation platforms
Optional qualifications include:
Linux and Apple OS experience
BA/BS in computer science or related field
Programming knowledge/background: CSS, PHP, JavaScript, XHTML, etc
