The Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will function in an embed role on the client side to work with agency and internal teams to develop and sell through the most effective media plan recommendation to ensure that the client’s business goals are met. A daytoday steward on assigned brands, the Senior Associate develops and maintains an intimate knowledge base of their clients’ business and ensures that all client media requirements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- 1+ of experience with digital and CTV/OTT media planning
- A solid understanding of digital and CTV/OTT media and marketing fundamentals including planning and execution
- Strong task management and interpersonal communication
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of 3rd Party AdServing
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and objectives for paid media campaigns across CTV, social, search, display, video and mobile
- Strong communication skills and ability to sell in media strategy to internal stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day communication with a variety of internal and external teams including agency teams and media partners
- Drive development by providing feedback and direction on key deliverables such as media plans, POVs, post mortem reports, etc.
- Coordinate with measurement teams to develop and refine audience approach and KPIs for key deliverables
- Develop strong relationships with primary media partners
Compensation Range: $1,000 - $1,440 weekly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
