Position Title: Temp Case Aide - Part-time

Location:Framingham, MA

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $18/Hour - $19.50/HourJob Description:Duties:1. Create a weekly schedule for Counselor by day organizing and scheduling work to be accomplished namely:

• Intakes
• School contacts onsite virtual
• case note writing and reviews
• • other duties as assigned or required
• client contacts a minimum of 2x annually

2. Train counselor on the uses and techniques available on the Outlook suite of apps and programs.3. To accomplish items, the aide may create visual aids spreadsheets or other means to remind or assist the counselor in completion of their responsibilities.Note: This role is not an adjunct Counselor position and as such will have no direct interface with clients and minimal interface with other VR staff.

Skills:

• Work history as a personal assistant, Office personnel, or rehabilitation counselor Desired
• Mastery in Microsoft Outlook, Required
• Organizational skills, Required
• Ability to adapt, Required
• Teaching/training skills, Required
• Ability to use and create scheduling tools, Required
