SECTION I. JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Ø Responsible for cashing checks, receiving deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts/preparing stop payments
Ø Responsible for taking loan payments
Ø Responsible for consistently balancing cash drawer
Ø Responsible for assisting customers in a timely manner regarding questions or issues with their accounts
Ø Responsible for unauthorized transactions processing timely and correctly
Ø Responsible for customer referrals
Ø Bank Secrecy Act Duties (fill out CTRs, suspicious activity, log cash activity, record retention, know your customer [certification and CIP procedures], OFAC procedures).
Ø Responsible for adhering to all security requirements and all compliance regulations.
Ø Other duties as assigned

SECTION III. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
Ø Ability to use office equipment, including and not limited to calculator and computer
Ø High school diploma or its equivalent
Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ø Knowledge of bank’s products and services
Ø Ability to handle several tasks
Ø Understanding of bank policies and procedures

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
