The duties of a Teller include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining an acceptable balancing record with all negotiable items on a daily basis- -including cash, checks, and other negotiable items. Using the member's name at least three times during every transaction
- -maintaining attentiveness and responsiveness to member traffic, while maintaining efficiency.
- Meeting the monthly requirements on the number of transactions processed. Meeting the monthly minimum requirement for credit union products and services cross-sold each month
- -possessing the necessary product knowledge to help match a product or service with the member's needs. Displaying good decision-making skills with respect to policies and guidelines
- -presenting the credit union's perspective with regard to policies and procedures, in a positive and accurate manner.
- Participating in all in-house training offered to staff and showing enthusiasm towards learning.
- Attending all required security training, and staying up to date on all branch security matters.
SATURDAY HOURS REQUIRED.
MAY BE ASKED TO ASSIST AT OTHER BRANCHES.
