```Job Overview: We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and building relationships with customers. Duties: - Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Process member requests for various services, such as opening new accounts, applying for loans, and ordering checks - Provide information on credit union products and services to members - Perform cash handling duties, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers - Utilize cash management techniques to ensure accuracy and security of transactions - Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions - Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet sales goals - Assist with loan origination and processing, including reviewing applications and gathering necessary documentation - Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance their overall banking experience Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience in a financial institution preferred - Strong math skills with the ability to perform debits and credits accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of loan origination and processing is a plus - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference in the lives of our members, we encourage you to apply.
