Teller / Member Service / Sales: At Least $17 Per Hour

Summary:

Are you a current customer service representative or call center representative looking for stable hours and meaningful employment? At AppleTree Credit Union, the Member Service Representative engages in meaningful conversations with members during transactions, opening new accounts, and over the phone to meet members needs. You will process transactions accurately, cross-selling products and services, and assist members with questions; all while providing top notch Member Service.

Duties:

Duties and responsibilities? Of course! And they are all under the umbrella of helping our members make wise financial decisions while protecting the interests of our member-owners. Examples include:

Develops and maintains relationship with AppleTree CU members by engaging in conversations in person and over the phone.

Cross-sells products and services based on member needs.

Educates members AppleTree products and services.

Engage in meaningful and helpful conversations with AppleTree CU Members.

Proactively reach out to members regarding current promotions or other beneficial products utilizing leads lists and following up on referrals.

Accurately maintain cash drawer and process member requests.

Be accountable for branch duties as assigned or as the need arises.

Support and contribute to AppleTree Credit Union strategies and goals.

Be passionate about AppleTree products and services while advocating for our members.

Adhere to credit union and regulatory policies and procedures.

Experience and Skills:

At least 3 years of customer service or sales experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to work in Pewaukee/Waukesha or West Allis office.

Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently

Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently and up to 40 pounds as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
