Member Service Representative I

Are you looking for a career? 1st Community Credit Union is currently recruiting a Member Service Representative I (MSR I) in our Sparta office. This position works with our members financial needs and will give you the foundation of what a credit union is all about and prepare you for future opportunities within. You will assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, debit cards, credit cards, change orders, and additional duties.
We will teach you how to develop business relationships with new and existing members to provide them with products and services that will fit their needs. We work in a team environment, have an extensive training program, encourage collaboration and open communication. You will have regular contact with all employees of the credit union. This position is the face of our credit union as you are typically the first point of contact coming into the branch and the last point of contact as our members leave, so we are looking for an individual that enjoys working in the public, with people and can interact and engage in their financial needs.
We are a busy branch, and it will be imperative that you're able to multi-task and have an attention to detail. This work will be one in a normal office environment, is full time with some exceptional benefits.
