BCA has an immediate opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative.
BCA is a non-profit membership driven organization servicing businesses and consumers nationwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify, contact , acquire and sell new memberships to qualified companies
- Achieve goals and quotas set by Sales Manager
- Assists members with taking full advantage of their member benefits.
- Encourages participation and retention
- Other duties as assigned
- Desired Qualifications:
- Sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred
- Not afraid to cold call or manually dial
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills. Detail oriented
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- B2B experience, strong closing skills
- Must be self starter, self motivated, creative and enthusiastic
- Exceptional people skills with an outgoing personality
Although this is a commissioned position, Business Consumer Alliance does offer a hourly rate of $16/hr if sales goals are not met. There is no capped amount a membership representative can earn.
Once training is complete sales reps will be working from home. Equipment is provided.
