Sales Representative:

Call out bound and inbound calls to qualify potential customers. Use our proven process and script to explain our servoce. Upon the customer qualifying for service the call is transferred to a sales executive to close the deal.

This is position also uses AI appointment booking software to confirm appointments and transfer hot leads to sales executives.

Overview of Duties:

- Answer in bound calls from potential customers interested in our service.

- Call Outbound to potential customers that request we a call back or scheduled appointment.

- Respond to chat messages and text messages promoting our products or services.
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent results.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed targets and goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in call centers, sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to build rapport with customers, and qualify leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
- Fluency in is a plus

This position has high earnings potential. There is a base pay plus bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
