Detailed Description:This is a part-time, temporary, non-benefit based position with an approximate end date of July 1, 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision of the Assistant Dean. The Clinic Director performs the following essential duties:
- Provide supervision of trainees and associates in the clinic.
- Update clinic policy, resource, and procedure manual as needed.
- Develop and maintain clinic operating, trainee, and client schedules.
- Oversee clinic operations to maintain compliance with USD policies and procedures, relevant accreditation standards such as CACREP, as well as applicable laws related to clinical practice such as HIPAA.
- Develop clinic operating budget in collaboration with the Assistant Dean and Executive Director. Budget development includes identifying and securing additional client populations for clinic expansion.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Training and Program Directors to place student trainees.
- Develop and provide training and orientation for student trainees.
- Maintain valid California LPCC, LMFT or psychology license in good standing. Obtain California license prior to June 1, 2021.
- Collaborate with Assistant Dean and Executive Director to develop and implement program evaluation and client outcome protocols.
- Meet and consult with the Tele-mental Health Training Clinic advisory group.

Job Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree plus license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW from an accredited university.
- Two years of practical experience post-licensure.
$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education, and other factors, including departmental budget.
